About Prince William County Park Authority
Prince William County Park Authority, founded in 1977 by the Board of County Supervisors, provides the residents and visitors with first quality recreation programs, parks and facilities. The Park Authority is an autonomous organization governed by an eight-member board appointed by the Board of County Supervisors and funded by a tax transfer and revenue producing facilities.
